Hello everyone! 
Your friendly neighborhood Nat here with some news. Unfortunately, not all of it is good.
As the title implies, I won't be able to get anything ready before this Wednesday to post. I'm starting to get into the busy side of things at work, and the one day I can work on it is on Halloween. (Which is considered "Family Time" in the household. We do get lots of candy at the end of it, though! XD )
But this predicament brought up something interesting, and I want to ask you about it! Recently, I've been coming up with some small stories that for some reason I want to get on paper. I did so with the "Stranded" pic earlier, but i feel like I could write more about it! But, there's always that voice in my head telling me it's a bad idea. So, i'd like to ask...
Would you mind if I posted some bonus stories instead in for the event I won't be able to have anything ready for that week?
If not the stranded idea, then it would be something related to N.Blue and his friends, a bonus to the ACNL story I have going on right now, (I have a couple ready based on 2 games that the Villager appeared in, but it may have some spoilers for the some of the series. Keep in mind, they were written before Happy Home Designer and Amiibo Festival came out!) or maybe even something about Davy if there's any interest!
As for other things in life, we're preparing to move back to the old house from back before college. Unfortunately, the guy who was staying there completely trashed the place. We were trying to sell it, but I've been told he was doing this intentionally so no one would want to buy it. (Meaning he would basically be staying in the house for free, since if he doesn't pay rent it means we have to. Plus, I doubt the bank would want the house in the state it's in... there's a hole in the roof, for crying out loud! DX ) But, now; one of my uncles ended up waking up around the end of last year to find out that he had turned blind! We talked it out with their family, and we eventually decided to have them take over the house here when we moved back there. It would mean that they can get more support from family, (Since they normally live on the opposite side of the state. Like triple-digit miles away from here.) and the place stays in the family! I don't have an exact date when it will happen, but I'll make sure to mention it when the time comes.

Well...

...um, wow. It's been quite some time since I posted anything in the way of journals! Well, today I'm going to fix that! XD
Many things have happened between the last journal and now, but at the time I just wanted to restrict it to status updates mainly for quickness. But since I'm off for a bit, I figured I'd put it all here.
I'm going to admit something, it has been difficult to try to keep up with posting every Wednesday. As some of you are already aware, my mother is currently suffering from cancer. But since the status post revealing this, her condition seems to be improving so far. (She did lose her hair. But she's usually wearing a baseball cap or something like that, so it's not too much issue, at least for me.) Unfortunately this also meant that she has been unable to work for some time, so it's been pretty much up to myself and my brothers to keep things in check for the most part. To help things further, a couple of family members have also started fundraisers to help with some of the expenses!
As for recent events, I have been very lucky. My manager called me to the office earlier this week while I was setting up for work, and let me in on some bad news, but it was also pretty heartwarming to hear some bits of it. Corporate had recently cut hours due to financial reasons, and as a result under normal circumstances I would have been laid off. But, he asked some of the full-timers in the store, and a pair of people volunteered to cut their hours slightly to keep me on the team! I don't know who did it, but I am very thankful that it ended on a positive note as a result of this, as I was the only one in the household at the time working without too much issue. He also went on to say that I had a special talent that not many other people have, which was part of the reason why he had intervened. The only downside it that the next two moths are going to be slow for me, but it was better than the alternative...
In general, things seem to be only improving from here! My brothers and I are planning to do something really nice for Mom for Mother's Day. Since some premium candies went on sale recently, I plan on picking up a box of those for her, and my older brother and I are going to pick up a card for her afterward. I don't know what my younger brother has planned, but we did have a bit of a discussion about this after the above event. I'm hoping things go well from here!
But enough about my stuff. As a bit of a discussion topic, how have thing been going on your end of things? I'm always up for a friendly chat if you'd like!

Journal Update!

Hello everyone! Nat here with another journal entry!
How has everyone been doing? If any of you were wondering what happened with the water pump, It's all good! It was just a broken pump switch which was causing it to stop working! XD Thankfully it was an easy fix too!
I also have a new area you can chat with me on! I've had a Miiverse for a while, but only recently started posting play journals for it. It's the same as my username, so it should be easy to find! As of this journal, I've posted Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Mario Kart 8, and Super Smash Bros 4; but I intend to one day post more about some of the other games I own!
And now for some big news! I now have some vacation time off of work, so I will be completely free for the most part within the 5th of this month to the end of the 15th!And maybe I'll actually be able to see another one of Sheezy's streams for once. XD
But anyways, I hope everyone's doing alright! Feel free to stop by and say hello if you want to chat!

I'm sure many of you are aware of this, but it only just came to my attention recently:

There has been plenty of debate among others on what this entails for DA's Terms of Service as a result of this, but after doing a bit of research, (mainly because I didn't want to jump to conclusions too quickly. What is with me on that, anyway?) I found that DA's own Tumblr addressed this, with a bit of clarification on their ToS:

Now, I'm not really for or against what I've been finding so far, so the only thing I can really ask without being too pushy or anything of the sort is to just decide among yourselves what you think.

Quickie Update!

Hello everyone! Your friendly neighborhood writer here with a quick update on how things are going!
Things have been both stressful and exciting for the past two weeks, but it hasn't stopped me from posting this stuff, at least. But I feel like things are going to clear up now that I might possibly be having some time off of work.
How have things been going for you all? I came across some extra money this week and managed to save up enough to finally get a Wii U along with three games. I've honestly been wanting to get back into Mario Kart lately, and since my copy of MK8 came with the console and DLC, you can bet I'll be racing around a lot as Isabelle and Link! XDIf I don't post anything this Wednesday, I bet that will be why... ;D </sub>
Anyway, I thought I should write a little quickie to break my 'journal silence', as I like to call it. I'll hopefully see you when and if I post my next thing!
